Speedy Insurance Agency

Four branches, twelve agents, 20+ carriers and a customer base that's half Spanish-speaking. We built the site that holds all of it, and routes every enquiry to the right desk by call, text or chat instead of dropping it in one shared inbox.

The problem

Insurance runs on speed of response. The agency that answers first usually writes the policy, and every hour an enquiry sits unread is a quote somebody else gives.

Speedy had the hard part already: twenty years in the Inland Empire, four offices, a 5.0 Google rating and bilingual staff. What it didn't have was a front door that matched. A single generic contact form can't tell whether a customer is closer to Moreno Valley or Lake Elsinore, whether they want to be called or texted, or whether they'd rather do the whole thing in Spanish.

What we built

  1. A bilingual site, not a translated one English and Spanish are a first-class toggle in the header, carried through every page, form and legal document, because "Hablamos Español" on a banner means nothing if the quote form is English-only.
  2. Branch-aware routing Every one of the four offices gets its own card with its agents, address, direct line and live availability, and its own call · text · chat actions. The customer picks the desk; the enquiry lands with the people who can actually answer it.
  3. A quote flow built for a phone Compare 20+ carriers, roughly three minutes, no credit card, no obligation. The whole design goal was removing every reason to abandon halfway.
  4. The full product surface Auto, home, commercial, SR-22 and non-owner SR-22, DMV services, boat, RV and motorcycle, bonds and general liability, each with its own coverage detail and its own route into a quote, so specific searches land on specific answers.
  5. An SEO engine underneath A resource library targeting what people actually search in California: SR-22 costs, insurance after a DUI, state minimum requirements, renewing registration without going to the DMV. Every article is a door into the quote flow.
  6. Compliance handled properly SMS consent, message-type disclosure, STOP opt-out and full CCPA rights, written into the terms and wired into the forms, because texting customers about policies is regulated and getting it wrong is expensive.
The website is the visible half. The half that changed the business is that an enquiry now arrives somewhere specific, in the customer's own language, on the channel they chose.

Where it landed

4Branches, each with its own routed front door
2Languages, first-class throughout
20+Carriers compared in one quote flow
One thing left to add Numbers we can quote: lead volume before vs. after, average response time, quote completion rate, or organic traffic from the blog. Send me whatever the agency is happy to publish and I'll swap them into the panel above. A line from the owner would land even harder.
